Lettings and Management Supervision of Building Refurbishment The practice was established in Salisbury by Malcolm Birch in 1980 and unlike so many businesses these days, this self same person is still the sole principal and is actively involved, inspecting all properties personally. He has not only been involved with residential lettings and estate agency for a total of 31 years but having trained as a surveyor, has wide experience of building construction and building defects.
