The Supervision of Refurbishing of a Property

Charges: 10% of the cost of the work, plus V.A.T., plus any Local Authority fees and depending upon the scope.

This will include ;-

Consulting with and advising the property owner as to the design of the project and the materials and fitting to be incorporated.

Preparing a plan and specification and obtaining any necessary Local Authority permissions.

Obtaining quotations where appropriate.

Organising tradespeople and giving daily specific instructions.
